"A Teachable Moment" Episodes - Mondays
A Teachable Moment is an event or experience which presents a good opportunity for learning something about a particular aspect of life. It is important to understand that we choose our attitude. We decide how we will react to what life brings. It is said that life is 10 percent what happens to us and 90 percent how we respond to it!
God expects for us to be loving, humble, forgiving, disciplined, focused, positive, and obedient to His Word concerning how we treat others. As you watch “A Teachable Moment”, focus on what was negatively done and how they could adjust their stinking thinking!
Intercessory Prayer - Tuesdays

“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: For we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.” (Romans 8:26)
In Intercessory Prayer, we allow the needs of others to take preference over our personal needs. We follow the biblical principles for effective intercessory prayer:
· We Pray from the heart.
· We Pray with faith, knowing that God has all power, and He loves us.
· We Pray regularly. Jesus told us to pray, “Give us this day our daily bread” (Matthew 6:11). It means we should pray every day.
· We Pay in detailed request. Yes, God knows everything, but it’s good for us to clearly understand what we are praying for.
· We Pray fervently. The Bible tells us “The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” (James 5:16)
· We Pray with love. God Is Love!
